Why do we collect information from you?
For a number of reasons:
- To provide a secure service we record a history of requests made by all visitors to our websites such that should those requests trigger a security rule we can protect our server and our other website users from subsequent potential security risks.
- So that we can interact with you in order to provide you with the services you have requested from us.

For how long do you keep my information?
Automatically gathered information (collected as you browse) is removed from our servers automatically after a period of at most 60 days.
Information that you have chosen to manually submit to us (by phone, email, online or face to face) may be retained indefinitely – though you have every right to request for it to be removed (see below).
