Guangdong Science Center

The Guangdong Science Center is located in Guangzhou University City, Panyu, west of Guangzhou University. It is a large-scale comprehensive science and education base directly under the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee. It is a AAAA rated attraction.

There are 10 permanent theme exhibition areas in the museum, 4 technology theaters (IMAX giant-screen theater, 4D theater, dome theater, virtual flight action theater), and an outdoor science exploration park integrating nature, technology and art. 80,000 square meters of ecological lake, more than 2,000 kinds of Lingnan special plants and dozens of outdoor exhibitions. It is a popular place for popular science and eco-tourism, which is popular among tourists. The children are lingering in the science park.

Tickets for the exhibition hall (including Expo Guangdong Pavilion): 60 RMB; giant screen theater: 40 RMB; dome theater: 25 RMB; four-dimensional theater: 20 RMB; virtual flight action theater: 15 RMB.

Getting there: Take bus 35, 801, 383, 202, or Holiday Bus Line 5. Alternatively, take Subway line 4 University City North Station and transfer to bus 383 or 801
